Avouons-le, on passe souvent plus de temps qu’il ne faut devant notre écran. Cela peut nous priver des petits plaisirs de la vie, comme le champs des oiseaux ou le gasouilli des marmotte (mais si).

Attention, je ne préconise pas de lacher son Macbook pour interragir avec autrui, mais avec la nature (parce qu’autrui est bien moins intéressant que la front page de Digg). Vous pourrez aussi en profiter pour bosser vos rattrapages.

Bref, Unclutterer, un blog que je vous recommande chaudement cers enfants, propose de n’utiliser son laptop que sur batterie pendant un week end. Si vous avez un Toshiba 20 pouces, ça risque que d’être tendu, mais si vous avez un véritable ordinateur portable, c’est faisable.

Je compte bien tenter l’expérience ce week end. Je tricherais un peu avec mon iPhone mais bon…
